There is no socially-distanced or reduced capacity performance for the Panto. All performances are sold at our usual capacity.
CONCESSION PRICE applies to audience members who are aged 65+, students or unwaged.
A CHILD is an audience member aged under 18. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Babes in arms and children under 2 years old who can sit on your knee do not require a ticket.
SAVE £4 WHEN BOOKING A 'FAMILY TICKET'. Pay £52 for a party of 2 adults & 2 children, or pay £50 for a party of 1 adult & 3 children. This discount will be automatically applied when you book.
To select the concession or child price, go to the drop-down box that appears under 'Your seats' once you have selected your seat(s).
If you have a CREDIT NOTE on your account from a previous production you were unable to attend, its total will be deducted automatically at checkout.
If you are booking for MULTIPLE PERFORMANCES at once, you will need to do a separate booking and transaction for each. If you wish to have the tickets posted, there is no need to add postage each time. We will see it and can send all the tickets out together.
You can select to have your tickets EMAILED (print off at home or show on your phone) or POSTED (for £1).
Ticket COLLECTION is not available at this time.
Please double-check the time and date you are booking for, as tickets are non-refundable and mistakes may not be able to be rectified if a performance is full.
Please note the position of the STAGE on the seating plan. Row A is the front, Row U is the rear.
The Row marked 'W' at the front marks the x 5 spaces assigned for audience members who use a wheelchair. If you require a wheelchair space, please give the Box Office a ring to book on 0191 265 5020 (option 2).
Please note, this show contains flashing lights, haze, smoke and pyrotechnics.
RUNNING TIME: approx. 2hrs 30mins (incl interval)
ROAD CLOSURE: Sunday 11th December - Jesmond Road will be closed from 07:30-16:00 on Sunday. It is closed from Sandyford Road Junction to Portland Terrace (Coast Road coming from the City Centre). This will affect anyone who would normally travel along this part of the road and may also cause tailbacks elsewhere.
COACH DROP OFF: We recommend using the bus stop outside the Corner House pub for any coach drops-offs and pick-ups.
When you book your ticket(s) you are agreeing to all of our booking terms.
If you experience any problems booking online, please give the Box Office a ring and we will be happy to assist you.
